Built on Experience

Mr. Gupta’s distinguished career in the pharmaceutical industry began with a B.Pharma from Holkar Science College, Indore, in 1982, followed by foundational roles at industry titan Cipla in Mumbai. His technical and leadership acumen quickly propelled him to the role of Production Head at Meyer Organics, a position he held until 1988.

Recognizing that successful entrepreneurship requires deep operational expertise, he dedicated the next nine years in Aurangabad (now Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar) to mastering the complexities of plant operations. As Plant Manager, he successfully set up and directed three manufacturing facilities—Kans Pharma, Barhem Pharma, and Navketan Pharma—ultimately serving major industry players including Wockhardt. This rigorous experience forged the operational excellence that defines Highlight Drugs today.
