Founded in 1997 by Mr. Pradeep Gupta — a seasoned pharmaceutical professional with over 10 years of experience at industry leaders Cipla and Wockhardt, as well as providing strategy consultation to mid-scale pharmaceutical firms — Highlight Drugs began with a small team and one clear goal: simplify contract manufacturing for India's growing army of generic medicine entrepreneurs.

Over the past two decades, we have emerged as one of the most respected pharmaceutical names in the Madhya Pradesh region. Our GMP certified manufacturing plant in the Ghirongi Industrial Area, Malanpur, is equipped with the latest machinery, skilled manpower, and a robust Quality Control & Regulatory department.

Mr. Pradeep Gupta founded Highlight Drugs after building deep expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing and strategy at two of India's most prestigious pharma companies — Cipla and Wockhardt. He also consulted on new project setups for mid-scale pharmaceutical firms, giving him a thorough understanding of both large-scale production systems and the real challenges faced by growing businesses.

His vision — to make quality generic medicine accessible by simplifying third-party contracting — has guided Highlight's growth over 22+ years. Under his leadership, the company grew from a small operation to a recognised manufacturing partner serving 100+ clients pan-India.
